IMOTSKI LAKES

ABOUT THE TRIP:  Start at 9:30 a.m. from parking place - hotel OSEJAVA. Road takes through the tunnel sv. Ilija in Biokovo mountain. We will see the highest point of Biokovo - Sv. Jure (1762 a.s.l.), small traditional villages and in one hour we will be in IMOTSKI, in town which is located several kilometers to Bosnian borders. We will have a small walk to nice center in Imotski, we can admire old traditional streets, take a nice picture by Tin Ujević statue - very famous croatian writer. For all swimmers or non-swimmers too,  we will have pripare unbelievable experience - amazing bath in Blue lake. Red lake - the last natural heritage on our trip islocated only 1.5 km from Blue lake. You will stay by the deepest carst lake in Europe, bottom is - 6 m under the sea level. The best moment will be a small sport competition with a guide. Returning back to Makarska is about 15:00 p.m.
